Making the path I walk the right choice

Soft skills 日本語

Born in Korea and raised in Japan. I have lived in Japan since I was 3 years old. My career as a foreigner living in Japan includes rebelling in junior high school, failing all my high school entrance exams, going to a correspondence high school, and losing my father in my second year of high school. I managed to make it to university, but I don't come from a prestigious university or company. From there, I started a business, and currently I serve as both CEO and CTO at a startup. I am a minority both as an engineer and as an entrepreneur. Still, I have made each step of the path I walked into the right choice. Currently, under the mission of ""unleashing who you want to be,"" our business operates as an AI agent startup, starting from the recruitment domain to eliminate opportunity gaps caused by bias. Looking back at the path I have walked so far, I would like to talk about what it means to ""make the path I walk the right choice. (Translated by the DroidKaigi Committee)
